This Privacy & Policy explains how Experientive AV BV (“we”, “our”, or “us”), a limited liability company registered in Belgium at Pannenstraat 22, 3583 Paal-Beringen, processes personal data collected from our website visitors and users of our software platform.

– Facebook pixel & mailchimp (Marketing data & mailing campaigns)
Some data is processed outside the EU, specifically in Serbia. We ensure data protection through appropriate safeguards in compliance with GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
6. Data Retention
– Website data (e.g., form submissions): retained for 1 year
– App user data: retained for 3 years
– Uploaded content related to funeral ceremonies: deleted after 1 year
7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, individuals have the right to access, rectify, delete, or object to the processing of their data. Requests can be made by contacting our privacy officer at hans@sentoa.cloud.
8. Data Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. Specific measures are under review by our CTO.
